Sean Brobston has held a variety of positions from mid to executive leadership roles over the past 25 years and is a Vice President for Tractor Supply, a multi-billion dollar, Fortune 300, publicly traded company. He has experience across Operations, Inventory and Supply Chain, Business Development, Visual Design & Presentation, New Store Build Outs, Retail Services, and Micro & Macro Space Planning. These vast experiences have given him a unique and diverse business understanding that helps him contribute to any organization in a dynamic and strategic way. Sean has earned industry awards and is a visionary that creates transformational long term business road maps that contributes to corporate strategies and then leads teams through the implementation of the vision. He is a critical thinker, has the ability to break down large scale complex business or process problems and re-engineer processes to benefit the corporation and its stakeholders. Strengths include thought leadership, creating vision and purpose, building teams and organizational change, solving complex challenges, and customer centricity. He has been relied on to generate novel concepts, theories, plans, and solutions for complex challenges.
Sean serves as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Tennessee and on the Board of Directors for FF. He has also served his community by donating his time and expertise to the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tennessee, State judging for DECA, and serving as a Legislative Liaison where he meets with elected officials in Washington D.C., for the National Alopecia Areata Foundation.
